CHASE DIMOND
Working alongside his father and brother for two decades, Chase has played a vital role in fueling the D&S Construction’s growth, assisting with Estimating, QC, Subs and Scheduling, Accounting, Payroll, AP, AR, Marketing, and everything in-between. As a devoted son, brother, leader, and father, Chase's contributions have solidified the dream of Dimond & Sons Construction.
Chase Dimond is the proud COO of Dimond & Sons Construction, bringing over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. With a natural ability to manage quality, safety, scheduling, materials, and manpower, Chase excels at foreseeing potential opportunities to improve projects. He skillfully manages crew sizes to meet site needs, project budgets, material procurement, and feasible schedules, ensuring complete client satisfaction. Known for his cheerful personality, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills, Chase has a keen eye for identifying and neutralizing project risks and inspiring those around him.

BRETT DIMOND
Brett, the CEO of Dimond and Sons, developed a strong work ethic from an early age while growing up on a family-owned Dairy Farm. At just 12 years old, he embarked on his construction journey by joining his older brothers in a concrete construction company. This invaluable experience shaped his understanding of the significance of delivering high-quality work and investing effort into every project.
Since those formative years, Brett's unwavering dedication to the construction industry has remained steadfast. Motivated to broaden his skill set and expertise across various construction domains, he obtained a general contractor's license in 2005, enabling him to tackle a diverse range of construction projects.
Over the span of three decades, Brett has honed his specialization in interior finishings, dedicating himself to the meticulous maintenance and enhancement of buildings. In addition, his extensive background encompasses concrete construction, remodeling, new home construction, and landscaping, showcasing his breadth of experience in the field.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Brett finds solace and joy in spending quality time with his cherished family. His passion for the tranquility of the lake and fishing adds another dimension to his leisure activities. Furthermore, he treasures the fulfillment derived from gardening, which allows him to appreciate the tangible rewards of his labor.
