Description
This landscape has over 28 irrigation zones, underground natural gas lines for several fire pits, and a graded location for a future greenhouse. It includes 48,000 sqft of a drought-tolerant grass blend seeded on native soil.
The hardscape is an additional 13,000 sqft of timeless light broom finish reinforced concrete, and several concrete walls and footings for a future privacy fence will be finished with stone.
